[BUG] Algalon 10-man is doing unusually high melee damage

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Currently, Agalon (10-man) melee hits are dealing 50,000 to 100,000 damage each.

Previously it used to be between 25,000 to 50,000 damage. I.e. Current values are almost double.

       1. Pull Algalon 10-man
       2. Check melee hit values

2.1. Description

Algalon should be dealing considerably lower damage than what it currently does.

Can report this to be true, hits the tank for about twice as much compared to what we took back then:

Not sure if anyone is logging in this raid today, but our tank is getting smacked for upwards of 30k main hand and 15k offhand!

Bump currently Herald of the Titans is impossible to achieve due to this bug.
