[Research Needed][RAID] Sinestra - Twilight Slicer Targeting Tanks #1126

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Currently Twilight Slicer is capable of targeting tanks.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Pull Sinestra
       2. Get Unlucky

1.3 Source Material

Given it's not in the combat log it's difficult to show- and going over the VODs I had from healer POV I couldn't show it easily visually- but the tanks were targeted several times by Slicers when afaik, that should not be possible.

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Tanks not getting targeted by Twilight Slicer

2.2 Source Material

Mostly based on information from doing the fight back in the day (obviously flawed memory is an issue), but I've never seen a video or a strategy that mentioned the tanks being able to get him: could be a prenerf behavior that was hotfixed early on- but it seems unintentional.

Literally never seen this happen in approx 50 sinestra kills.

Well it also happens when someone immunes (or dies to) the slicer and it goes around on random person. Had it that way a few times on my dk
