[BUG] Cannot shift-click Spells to insert into text entry boxes

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Shift-clicking an spell from the Spellbook while focused on a text entry box (such as the macro editor or chat window) uses the spell, rather than inserting its name or a link into the text.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Open the Spellbook
       2. Open the Macro window
       3. Create a new macro
       4. In the `Enter Macro Commands` box, type `/use `
       5. With the cursor still active in the macro window, shift click any active ability from the Spellbook
       6. Observe the spell is used, and no link is inserted into the macro window

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Shift-clicking an spell from the Spellbook while focused on a text entry box inserts its name of or a link to the spell.

I can reproduce this bug with Spells, but not Items. Items correctly insert the name of the item or a link to the item where appropriate. Updated with clearer reproduction steps for Spells.
