[BUG] Southpoint gate Bat Handler "Pamela Stutzka" missing, npc id 47655 #1222

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

NPC "Pamela Stutzka" id 47655, Horde flight master of Southpoint Gate is missing

1.2. How to Reproduce

Go on southpoint gate and try to /tar Pamela Stutzka nothing will be targeted, also you cannot see her in the position.

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Pamela Stutzka NPC should be there and not be bound to any quest or phase

p.s: I afked there for about 30 min, so I don't think she has been killed by Alliance players
