[BUG] Achievement "Bounce" tracker often resets to zero #1230

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Bouncing on the trampoline in Whistling Grove never grants any credit towards Bounce, so you stay at 0/20 and can never complete the achievement.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Enable Tracking on the Achievement Quests -> Cataclysm -> Bounce
       2. Step onto the Trampoline in Whistling Grove
       3. Observe the tracker never updates

2.1. Description

Each consecutive bounce should increment the tracker

Trackers have consistentally had issues visually updating on achievements since Wrath, but most of the time it's purely visual and doesn't hinder achievement progress. Does doing 20 consectutive bounces actually not grant the achievement?

The tracker issues usually only happen in combat, and can usually be worked around by toggling a different achievement in the Achievement window and then switching back to the one in progress. In this case neither work, and neither does bouncing 20 consecutive times.

It's still a bit sketchy (tracker occasionally resets to 0 for no reason) but it is completable
