       1. Get the 5% crit buff in a bear of cat form
       2. Have a hunter with wolf pet in your party
       3. See that your 5% crit buff stacks

See the crit chance as 58.10% with both buffs active in the character panel See the crit chance as 53.10% with wolf howl clicked off

5% crit buffs should not stack with each other
