[BUG] Imp Blood Presence not applying at times #1267

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

You're not affected by Improved Blood Presence if you respec while in Blood Presence or teleport. To fix it, you have to go to another presence and swap back.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Have Blood Presence up
       2. Respec to Blood with Imp Blood Presence
       3. Check you're not under the effects of Imp Blood Presence
