[BUG] Scatter shot is not breaking if damage is absorbed #1270

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Currently, scatter shot will not break on you if the damage you take is absorbed

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Scatter shot someone with a shield up
       2. Hit that person without breaking the shield
       3. Notice scatter shot stays

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Scatter shot should work like other spells like blind and break on any damage, even if it's absorbed.
