this quest is bugged I think, when you zone into brc it doesnt update as completed

the whole quest chain is bugged TBH, the part called The Twilight Forge doesn't update to complete when you kill the boss, and the previous quest doesn't complete automatically, you have to return to the start of the dungeon to turn it in when it should auto turn in.

Sorry for the low quality reports btw, I’m busy levelling right now 😆
