[BUG] Feral Spirits not gaining Unleashed Rage buff

1. Enhancement Shaman's Feral Spirit wolves are not gaining the passive Unleashed Rage 20% melee attack power bonus buff.

1.1. Description

Enhancement Shaman's Feral Spirit wolves are not gaining the passive Unleashed Rage 20% melee attack power bonus buff.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Talent into 'Unleashed Rage' in the Enhancement Shaman tree
       2. Cast Feral Spirit
       3. Observe that neither Feral Spirit wolf has the Unleashed Rage buff active on them

2. In WotLK CLASSIC, Wotlk Pservers, and Cata Pservers, Feral Spirit wolves do indeed gain the Unleashed Rage 20% melee attack power bonus ON BOTH WOLF, visibly. It could be possible they are gaining it hidden and the buff doesn't show anymore on Cata Classic I suppose, or they just aren't getting it at all.

pets only benefit from haste auras such as windfury/icy talons/hunting party and bloodlust/time warp, do you have any examples from cataclysm of this not being the case for ghost wolves?
