[BUG] Inspect talents not working properly #1299

When you inspect someone's talents, the talent tree is all spaced out and wierd looking, and there is a little thingy in the top left that does nothing.

I think the wide spacing comes from wrath, but you shouldn't need to scroll to see cata talents, they should all fit in one page nicely.

Also unless it's just me, mouseover on talents does not show tooltip.

yes, the tooltip doesn't work either.

and linking the talents in chat doesnt work

request removal of the "minor bug" tag because functionality is heavily affected, not just visual

Thank you all for the reports. We should have a good chunk of UI improvements in the next Cataclysm patch.
