[BUG] Satchel of Exotic Mysteries reward from RDF is not showing as a reward when the queue is popped and is sometimes also not given at the end of the dungeon even though the signup showed it as a reward

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

The Satchel of Exotic Mysteries reward from RDF is not showing as a reward when the queue is popped, and is sometimes also not awarded at the end of the dungeon even though the signup showed it as a reward. This is happening 99% of the time when you sign up. I have only seen 2-3 dungeons where the reward section was correctly showing the Satchel. All the other times it was missing. Most of the times the Satchel is still awarded at the end of the dungeon, but there are times when it is also not awarded.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Queue up to a random heroic dungeon when the Satchel reward is shown for your role
       2. Check the popup window when the group is ready, the reward section will not show the satchel
       3. Close and re-open the Dungeon & Raid window to confirm that the RDF reward is still showing the Satchel for that role (just to see if it maybe expired in the meantime and that role is no longer eligible for the Satchel)
       4. Complete the dungeon. The Satchel may or may not be awarded on completion.

2.1. Description

Popup window for "enter the dungeon" should show the satchel as a reward correctly. The Satchel also needs to be correctly awarded at the end of the dungeon if the sign up happened at a time when the reward was showing for that role (and was also showing as a reward when accepting the 'enter dungeon' popup window).
