[BUG]Hunter unable to abandon pets in Arena #1355

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Currently Hunters are unable to abandon pets in arena.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Enter Arena
       2. Attempt to Abandon pet    
       3. Outside of Arena you can abandon it, but inside Arena you cannot.

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Hunters should be able to abandon pets in Arena.

Without the ability to abandon pets, if a Hunter pet dies they are stuck with the only option being to cast a 10 second Revive Pet, which is extremely unlikely in Arena.

If pet CDs were still unshared, I would 100% agree with this change. However, with Hunter pet CDs now being shared, I don't see why this would be an issue.

Any News regarding this issue? Pretty big one in Arena. It used to work on Beta, Not Sure how when it was decided to remove that. After all the Drama regarding dismiss mechanic this Kinda needs to stay in the Game, AS any other pet class, can resummon pets.
