[#SomeChanges Suggestion] Increase the valor points from raid bosses #1382

Description

The current valor points rewarded from raid bosses is using the 4.3 values (35 for 10man and 45 for 25man per boss) . The problem is the valor point cap was increased to 1,600. This value is really low compared to the new cap, so I suggest increasing the amount rewarded from raid bosses.

During Tier11 in original Cata, the cap was 1,250. Raid bosses were giving 70 (10man) and 90 (25man). Maybe increase it to 100 (10man) and 125(25man) for Cata Classic?

Those current values are also not quite "correct" in a sense. It was 35-45 for tier11 raids. It was 50 per boss for Firelands and 100 per boss for Dragon Soul in 4.3.
