[#SomeChanges Suggestion] Force of Nature breaking drinks #1391

Description

Force of Nature, when spawned, will cause everyone in 100 yards range through line of sight to stand up and stop drinking, constantly over it's duration.

While this is reference accurate bug, it seems like this was unintentional and detrimental to normal gameplay so requesting this to be fixed!
