[#SomeChanges Suggestion] Disable Tier 11 Prot Set Bonus for Ret Paladins #1408

Description

Disable the prepull shenanigans with using Tier 11 prot increased Guardian of the Ancient Kings duration for Ret Paladin. Having to prepull gear swap to a tier 11 set bonus for the entire expansion isn't really great game play.
