[BUG] Howling Blast not damaging exposed head

Howling Blast cast on exposed head will not do any damage.

Whenever Magmaw gets chained and exposed head is able to be damaged, Howling Blast will not do any damage to the exposed head, even if you are casting it. Death/Frost runes will be consumed, you will gain runic power, however you will not do any damage with Howling Blast to the exposed head, unless you target another mob closer to the Magmaws original position, then you can do damage with howling blast to the exposed head, through cleave on blazing bone constructs. This is likely due to the position of the exposed head being at the main boss, however the exposed head hitbox lands around the spike, meaning it will be out of range for the spell, making it null.

Pictures are coordinates on Magmaw and coordinates on exposed head. Warcraftlogs links are damage done to exposed head and casts of howling blast directly onto exposed head. It is not a one-time bug, it seems to be happening EVERY time on Magmaw.
