[BUG] Conclave of Wind: Anshal's "Soothing Breeze" causes pets to Evade #1425

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Anshal's Soothing Breeze creates a green circle on the ground. Whenever pets are in or attempt to cross through the circle, they appear to Evade-bug, standing still for several seconds and then pathing back to their master.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Engage Anshal in Throne of the Four Winds with numerous pets and guardians
       2. Wait until Soothing Breeze is cast on a clump of pets and guardians
       3. Kite Anshal out of the Soothing Breeze
       4. Observe the pets freeze in place and then return to their masters

1.3 Source Material

https://youtu.be/sq8XUxEEN9o?si=GFIgMo5QAodmTSnX&t=302 Observe the Treants near the center of the screen and the Greater Fire Elemental at the right edge of Soothing Breeze's circle. The treants "bounce" in and out of the circle several times, evading back to the druid that cast them, failing to reach the boss, and eventually expiring. The Fire Elemental takes a couple attempts but is able to eventually find an angle to get around.

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Pets affected by Soothing Breeze should be unable to melee and cast, but should path directly to Anshal.

2.2 Source Material

If I had a dollar for anytime a boss broke a pet, I'd have a lot of dollars. Ticket made.
