[BUG]Four Play achievement is not being granted from Al'Akir #1426

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Al'Akir is not granting the "Four Play" achievement despite the criteria being met (having the Feedback debuff on him as he dies)

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Get Al'Akir to 5%
       2. Kill one of the adds you saved from P2
       3. Kill Al'Akir while he has the debuff from the add

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

You are granted the achievement when Al'Akir dies with the Feedback debuff.

According to the logs, the boss clears all of his debuffs 26ms before he actually dies, which I suspect is the root cause here.

We have experienced the same issue yeterday https://classic.warcraftlogs.com/reports/2wTcDKdq3P4fvnMr#fight=6&type=auras&hostility=1&ability=87904&view=events The buff was refreshed only 6s before the kill but not achievement.

Believe it or not, but this is also a bug that happened back in the day. Ticket created.

@Artemishowl Pretty sure this was fixed recently? Our raid got this achievement this tuesday.
