[BUG] WG Quest gives more honor on Alliance #1433

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

The quest that requires you to slay opponents of the other faction in Wintergrasp grants more honor as alliance than it does for Horde

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Both quests are equal and should reward the same honor.
