[BUG]Ele Talent "Totemic Wrath"(77746) 10% spellpower buff not linked to fire totem

1. Current Behavior

1.1. "Causes your Fire totems to increase the spell power of party and raid members within 100 yards by 10%".

Placing any singular fire totem does not grant the casting elemental shaman 10% spellpower. However placing 4 totems with "Call of the Elements" grants 10% spellpower. Those 10% spellpower are not linked to the placed fire totem either as you can rightclick remove the fire totem from the set of 4 and keep the 10% spellpower. So the bonus doesnt seem connected to the fire totem or the buff "Totemic Wrath" at all. You can rightclick dismiss the 4 set totems in any arbitrary order and the 10% spellpower bonus will disappear on a different totem every time. From limited testing it seems like this weird behaviour only affects the elemental shaman himself, as the group/raid members seem to gain the bonus from the fire totem/the "Totemic Wrath" buff itself as intended. {Describe how that mechanic/spell/npc is currently working, in detail}

1.2. How to Reproduce

      {Describe the steps to reproduce the particular bug, in detail:
       1. Open character sheet to observe spellpower stat of character
       2. Place any fire totem and observe no change to spellpower value
       3. Use "Call of the Elements" to summon a set of 4 totems simultaneously
       4. Observe spellpower increasing by 10%
       5. Rightclick/dismiss the fire totem from the set of 4
       6. Observe spellpower not reducing 
       7. Use "Call of the Elements" to summon a set of 4 totems simultaneously
       8. Dismiss totems in any arbitrary order
       9. Observe the spellpower value changing on a different totem everytime

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Spellpower of the elemental shaman raises by up to 10% (if no other %spellpower buff competes/overrides) when placing a fire totem and gaining the "Totemic Wrath" buff. Placing/dismissing other totem types should not interfere/interact with this talent/buff.
