The Arena rating achievements (1550/1750/2000/2200), e.g https://www.wowhead.com/cata/achievement=399/just-the-two-of-us-1550 are not working for some players, in some brackets. We have not been able to figure out what's the cause, but it's widespread.
It'll probably be easy to check some characters affected to find out what's happening:
