Affliction warlock "Death's Embrace" talent triggers dmg bonus below 35% with 1/3 or 2/3

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

the talent "Death's Embrace" with 2/3 points invested triggers the 8% dmg bonus at 35% and below instead of 25% as the talent suggests. I don't know if other talent ranks are the same as 2/3.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Put 2/3 points in Death's Embrace
       2. Apply corruption above 36% hp and check damage
       3. Apply corruption below 35% hp and check damage again

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

It should apply bonus damage below 25% not 35%

From testing, this does not work with 3/3, but does work in both PVE (tested on open world mobs) and PVP (tested in a duel) contexts.

Using Corruption which has static damage ticks, and removing all int/spellpower/mastery procs, I was able to observe an exact 8% damage increase (as specified by 2/3 talents) from ticks of 2179-2180 to 2353-2354 when the target was below 35% health.

I will also test 1/3 and see what happens.

Confirmed that this bug also applies with 1/3 below 35% HP. The damage bonus corresponds correctly to 4% as per the talent description. Corruption tick from 2577 -> 2680.
