Summon Incubus doesn't consume the soulburn buff[BUG]

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

• Summon Incubus currently does not consume soulburn, but is still instant summon during the buff, allowing you to quickly swap pets and perform for example a whiplash knockback and quickly swap back to felhunter.

• Also there is currently no way to learn the spell 'Summon Incubus' if you did not learn it before cataclysm launched, the quest is gone and it is not on the trainer.

  1.2. How to Reproduce

     1. Cast soulburn
     2. Cast summon incubus
     3. Cast another pet summon

  1.3 Source Material

  As can be seen in this short clip, casting summon incubus does not consume the buff, and i can summon 2 incubus in a row followed by a felhunter to consume the buff. https://gyazo.com/ba9086beab9983c9b356f26d147bbf2c

  2. Expected Behavior

  2.1. Description

  Summon incubus should remove the buff.

also important note: Demonic Rebirth (feldom after pet dies) does not work when incubus is killed.
