[#SomeChanges Suggestion] Make Retribution Paladin talent Communion increase aura range to 100yd #1458

Description

Right now, our auras have a range of 40yd which means it's a very unreliable way to apply the 3% damage raid buff compared to BM Hunters and Arcane Mages which have 100yd range.

This leads to raids replacing their Ret Pala (a spec people actually want to play) with a BM Hunter or an Arcane Mage (two specs with much higher performing alternatives, making them the token buff bot).

This will be very relevant in the next raid tier.

Harmless QoL change. Bump. Pretty much no reason not to fix this, and it's definitely going to become a much larger problem in upcoming raid content.
