[BUG] find weakness smoke bomb #1473

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

it seems like you can smoke bomb the find weakness debuff so it won't apply, but only when you get opened from vanish.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. be a rogue
       2. use smoke bomb
       3. get cheap shotted in your own smoke by a sub rogue (with vanish, not with dance)

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Find Weakness talent should always apply when you open as a sub rogue.
