[BUG] Hunter ability "Intimidation" is not always attempting to stun targets

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

{Describe how that mechanic/spell/npc is currently working, in detail} Hunter ability Intimidation from Beast Mastery talent tree "Command your pet to intimidate the target, causing a high amount of threat and stunning the target for 3 sec. Lasts 15 sec." is not always attempting to stun targets.

1.2. How to Reproduce

      {Describe the steps to reproduce the particular bug, in detail:
       1. Set your talents to Beast Mastery tree to acquire Intimidation, Set your pet talents normally and autocast bite, dash, furios howl if using wolf for example
       2. Use ability Intimidation and start attacking mobs / other players
       3. Notice that Intimidation is not triggering any effects sometimes

1. clip: pet has the intimidation buff and I use mouseover pet attack but pet doesn't even attempt to stun the target but intimidation goes to CD and buff disappears (if it misses or resist or target is immune to stuns it atleast gives text Pet resist / immune, in this case nothing happens)
2. clip: same as previous but I use pet attack my target

Pet should attempt to stun the target.

3. clip: I did the same thing as in first clip but my pet successfully stuns the target.

More specifically, this is caused when it is a pet special or basic attack that would trigger the intimidation. The intimidation aura is simply removed from the pet with no stun on the target.

If you turn off bite/claw/smack autocast and your pet is only using white attacks the intimidate will land as expected.

It is reproduceable.
