[BUG] {rtX} does not work on the RU client #608

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

When you type in say "{rt1}{rt2}{rt3}{rt4}{rt5}{rt6}{rt7}{rt8}", you see will only 3 marks. This problem is observed only on RU client WOTLK.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Сhoose ru language on wow client settings and load in game.
       2. Send a message "/s {rt1}{rt2}{rt3}{rt4}{rt5}{rt6}{rt7}{rt8}"

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

You should see all 8 marks in the message cloud.

2.2 Source Material

I would like to remind you that this problem has not yet been solved, even if they are minor, it does not look like something that will take a lot of effort. Players from all over the CIS play on these servers! And the absence of a large number of reports cannot play any role, since this error is technically difficult for in-game reports.

Even on the 1.14 client, everything works...
