[BUG]4-piece T9 is not working for DRW #697

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

When you have 4-piece T9 equipped and you apply dots on DRW the blood plague doesn't crit at all for DRW.

1.2. How to Reproduce

      {Describe the steps to reproduce the particular bug, in detail:
       1. Use rune weapon
       2. Apply blood plague through plague strike or pestilence on aoe.
       3. Observe that blood plague doesn't crit with the set bonus.

1.3 Source Material

Impossible to find a video from back in the day but DRW already got fixed to work with items like sigil for death coil. (vengeful heart).

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

DRW blood plague dots should crit with 4-piece T9 set.

Any comment why this is #somechanges now ? Do you have some proof it shouldn't work like this? It is kinda intuitive that sigil of awarness and sigil of wild buck was always working for DRW and with toc fix sigil of vengeful heart (with changed itemid because buffed) got fixed for DRW death coil damage. It is most likely a bug.

We need proof of an expected behavior from original wrath which classic diverges from to be marked a bug here. I'll pass this along for reference testing though.

I don't wanna banter here but I am using this repository and reading it from time to time and there are many reports that got signed as a bug without a proof or signed as bug because other similar interaction was working in other way it would be expected. Like we said it's impossible to find a proof for this old logs are not working and there are only few bad videos with blood as dps. On the other hand blizzard employees stricte said that DRW should work as 50% reduced damage scaling pet without arpen scaling only, there is also a plenty reason for it to works such as quoted before sigils (awarness and wild buck) that were working all the time with DRW spells.
