[BUG] Heartbeat mechanic for pet isn't working (PTR) #719

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

PVP pets can currently be sheeped for the full PVE duration with no chance to heartbeat resist

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Make a mage
       2. Find a hunter
       3. Sheep the hunter's pet

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Pets in PVP should be able to heartbeat resist mechanics that can be heartbeat resisted, much like on players
