[BUG] When forming/joining a party in rested inns, the rested status drops

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

When forming/joining a party in rested inns, the rested status (Zzz) on the character portrait drops. As a special note, this behaviour only occurs at inns and not at any of the major cities. It is currently unknown if this disables/prevents the character from gaining rested experience while at an inn.

1.2. How to Reproduce

Easy

1. Create an Alliance character on the Era PTR
2. Head over to and inside the Goldshire Inn in Elwynn Forest.
3. Invite anyone that is online
4. Observe that the Zzz status on the character portrait disappears.

   2. Expected Behavior

   2.1. Description

   The rested status (Zzz) that appears on your character portrait should not drop when forming/joining a party while in an inn. This way, it is consistent with maintaining the rested status (Zzz) when forming/joining a party in a major city.

To add, losing the rested status (Zzz) also prevents players from instantly logging out. It is very likely it also prevents rested xp gain.
