[BUG] No instance portal for Blackrock Caverns -> Ghosts unable to rez inside instance entrance. #936

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

There is currently no instance portal for Blackrock Caverns, making it impossible for ghosts to rez.

Attempting to run through to rez, this is as far as you can go image

Unsure but this bug may be present for all cataclysm instances.

i was about to make a report stating the portal itself is missing, it hurts my brain. both inside and outside. can be highly confusing for players who dont know where the invisible portal is.
