[BUG] On reset, newly available honor items are not equipable #13

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

When you log in after reset, newly available honor gear will show it's rank requirements as red (not met). While purchasable, they are not equippable until a relog.

1.2. How to Reproduce

      {Describe the steps to reproduce the particular bug, in detail:
       1. Log in after reset and obtaining a higher rank
       2. Purchase newly available honor gear
       3. Attempt to Equip
