[BUG] Mass Regeneration Channel Healing Does Not Refresh Temporal Beacon #6

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

The Mass Regeneration cast applies Temporal Beacon, but it's healing does not refresh temporal beacon to max duration (Single Regeneration behaves correctly).

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Cast Mass Regeneration
       2. Hold Channel
       3. Observe Buff Timer

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Like Regeneration, Mass Regeneration should refresh the duration of the Chronomantic Beacon to 15 seconds with every tick of healing.

2.2 Source Material

Same as above source- shows normal regen refreshing the beacon with every tick.
