Incompatibility / crash on configuration changed #273

Problem Description

The mod Factory Planner (1.1.78) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

Error while running event factoryplanner::on_configuration_changed

Reproduction

Added a few mods, start the game, crash on configuration changed. The added mods were X100 Assembler and AssemblerUPSGrade
