As a Shop owner I want to be able to moderate given reviews so that I can have control over given reviews and limit publication of unjustified reviews
TASKS:
Create review model, views and template
Add user registration/log in functionality
Add approval functionality
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
A review will not be published directly after submit but be on hold until the shop owner approves the review
