USER STORY:
As a Shop owner I want to be able to add images to the newsletter so that I can properly inform my subscribers about new paintings in the web shop
TASKS:
Install and configure a rich text editor (could be tinymce, ckeditor or summernote)
Add respective widget to newsletter form
Update views to accept text/html
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
Newsletter can be created using a html text editor
Images can be added to the newsletter
Newsletter can be sent to recipients in html form
For Email clients not accepting html, content must be sent also in text format
