"EnableAutoDepthStencil" is being set to true by default when creating object of type PresentParameters. This is not the case in MDX #653

"EnableAutoDepthStencil" is being set to true by default when creating object 
of type PresentParameters. This is not the case in managed DX. Spec does not 
say anything on this AFAI can see.

We try to set the values to sane defaults. This is by design.
