March 2011 SDK does not contain the PIXPlug Utility (nor any utility, at that)? #807

Just as the summary says. This tool is there since r1572 yet not being shipped 
with the SDK. Debugging with PIX under a 64bit Windows was and still is a 
nuisance.

Yes, they redesigned the CLR hosting API for .NET 4.0, so we didn't get around 
to updating it to work with that and thus didn't include it in the SDK package.

I rewrote the PIXPlug utility to support both .NET 2 and 4. We'll be sure to 
include it in the next SDK release, but until then you can download the binary 
here:
