restructure GUI: make buttons non-ambiguous #21

Currently, the GUI has a variety of buttons which are ambiguous in their linkage.

E.g. Render Plant/Select subset area acts upon the selection in table tbl_dir_files, but that is not clear. This subroutine must issue warning-message if executed without selection first. I don't think the button should be moved into the tab itself, because it is part of the workflow required to subset an image, and should therefore live on the sidebar where all the execution-related controls are located.

The button select area to analyse should probably be renamed to select area kept for analyis, to further emphasize the difference
