Create unique sound effects for some relics

Ok, I can make the relics a BIT better with a bit of fighting game sounds. For today, let's just make a list of what we could do, and filter that later.

• "Strongest" Style Guidebook - Add 33% chance of a Dan scream when you get the relic.
• Cattail - Add wind noise when you get it. (that, or a Ibuki sound)
• Dark Gi - Add the noise of Street Fighter Zero 3 when you do a super special move.
• Killian Engine Alpha - Add the noise of Seth's black hole super special move.
• Rainbow Brush - Add the rainbow sound (not the voice) when you get the relic, and when you activate it's effect.
• Unceasing Flame - 25% of playing the Shoryuken sound when you get the relic.
• White Boots - Damage dealt uses SF II Chun Li Lighting Legs sound.

Dark Gi, Rainbow and Unceasing Flames will be the sounds.

Now, to find those and add copyright warnings : p

Ok, "Strongest" will use the Alpha sound.
