Well... not more for the base game changes, but also given the data involving run winnings. I'm also merging this with #524.

Data from #524 that needs to be considered:

1 - Sacred Bark relic makes all Potions I made need a (what if double effect). 2 - Buff Cattail, since some Boss relics are now Common/Uncommon/Shop. (even if I wouldn't get that relic, it's not my style) 3 - "Manual and auto line break mode for card descriptions enabled for JPN/ZHS languages." <- Use this to fix stuff of the beta. 4 - Make Potions to appear once certain relics are with the player, as an Easter Egg? 4.1 - Make Elixir appear rarely as an extra potion if the player has Rainbow Paint. 4.2 - Make Rainbow Potion for the Rainbow Relic: choose one of 5 cards of any good color. It costs 0 this turn. 4.3 - Make "Distilled Nothing" potion: the next card you would use does nothing instead. Can't be discarded. 5 - Given the power of new Potions, BUFF all the relics of this mod. 6 - Make an uncommon event for those Potions, them being one of two prizes. (The Architect/Potion maker/I don't know who competition event?) (Pick one option, be hurt by the other option) 7 - Add greying out when the relic effect has been triggered. 8 - Change flask shape of the three potions.
