Be sure that lacking a Black card, the 1% chance of it appearing goes to Rare. - Done already.
Change Status and Curses to the discard instead of to the draw - OK
Reverts to "card does not change through turns, only when you get it" - Discarded
Cards cost 2-less instead of 1-less. - OK
Revert relic to "the same card can be retrieved every turn" - OK
Tweak the description - OK
Change its type to Boss Relic - OK

Ok, one small problem here.

The relic never changed its card only when you got it.

So... now what? I agree with Nougat: the randomness needs to be compensated. Should I go with giving 0-cost to every card made by the relic?

Ok. Compromise. All cards will cost 2-less (except ethereal cards, they will cost at least 1)
