New:

• Contains Carl's svelte migration (additions), which was modified by Yenzy to be able to display the map.
• Prinz's Arduino code on a PlatformIO project (see arduino/jeeps-tracker/src/main.cpp).
• Yenzy's database code, prepped for querying Render database via node-pg, to be transferred to Erick's backend.
• Erick's modifications on his current backend repo would make this map be able to display markers that would be updated via frontend fetch of Render API hosting the backend that queries the database for the marker coords.
