This PR includes a major restructuring of the codebase, focusing on the parser component and enhancing error feedback.

Changes:

Rewrote the parser and seperated it into it's own project. Er-save-lib.
Significant restructuring of the overall codebase.
Added a notification system for proper error feedback.

Todo

Finish item addition functionality.
Make DLC checkbox filter out everything DLC related in the tool.
Fix database to enable dumping game text instead of manually writing a map. Eventually getting rid of the entire Db folder.
Lots of testing and bugfixes
