[BUG] Items such as bad snails, lemons, and dirty tea leaves can still be obtained even when they are disabled

Describe 描述 In the Slimefun items file, if ClayTech items are disabled, players can still obtain them how they normally would when the items are disabled, and the items still work too.

To Reproduce 如何复现

1. Disable ClayTech items such as bad snails, lemons, and dirty tea leaves
2. Use the methods you would normally use to obtain them
3. Obtain them, even though they are disabled
