Some emitters are spotty and only randomly work #117

Seemingly random emitters won't emit properly unless tabbed out of the game

Tabbing back in makes them stop emitting.

To Reproduce

  1. Wrench brick
  2. Set emitter to jeep final explosion

EDIT: Some emitters not properly emitting is not tied to tabbing in/out, it is seemingly random whether they work or not.

Namely vehicle final explosion emitters; every few seconds they emit for a split second but then go back to doing nothing. Even stranger is when I opened the b4v21 launcher the emitters started working while the launcher was loading? But then after the initial load stopped, the emitter went back to its weird behavior.#222
