Invisible outlines of bricks do not disappear instantly on kill #219

Description

When killing an invisible brick by using the hammer, the outline of the brick remains visible until the kill animation has completed. In Retail, this outline disappears instantly. I think Retail's behavior better shows the user what brick they have deleted as soon as they have deleted it.
