Additionally, water textures appear really low res and fucked up.
In v0.19

There is an underwater overlay and splash particles on my end, however only the exit water sound plays, enter water does not play at all.
In 0.20
player swimming now behaves properly, and a splash animation is present. I don't think the splash is identical to retail, but its good enough to no longer be vital.
In testing we noticed that boats are functioning well, but have an issue where if they fall from a height into the water, they don't ascend back to the surface automatically. They stay at the elevation they ended up at until the driver holds space to ascend. (this mechanic could be cool for some sort of submarine vehicle... with the ability to descend with crouch. but not boats)
It has been noticed that on many maps, water still looks incorrect:

Water is looking a lot better in v0.24
, but I am still noticing some different looking water:
TBM-BL-PerfectionIsles2 is still a very incorrect color, compare with last post:
Hollow Falls is far brighter than it should be

Bug Description
Water is currently not fully functional Water in maps shows up but jumping in it does not submerge your player, you don't make a splash or float or have an underwater overlay Water bricks you can float in them, and swim extremely slowly, but you cannot swim up/dive with spacebar and shift, and there is no splash effect or underwater overlay either.
