Camera movement no worky

Seemingly at random, camera movement breaks and you can no longer move it with the mouse (If you set keybinds to turn the camera with the keyboard, it works that way)

Additional context

This has happened twice now; once on a rebuilt install with almost all my addons slapped into the addons folder; and once after a fresh install with only one mod (client_TMBI) installed.

If you can reproduce this behavior, please edit this issue and put steps there, otherwise I cannot fix it.

Found an issue with ActionMap's "save" method that causes this bug.
